Funeral Services for Earl Dee Carlin, 90, of Beaumont, Texas were held
on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at 11 a.m. from Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel, in
Sealy, with Rev. Bill Webb officiating. Interment was in the Sealy
Cemetery
in Sealy.
Serving as pallbearers were Sean Grimes, Patrick Grimes, Travis Terry and
Darrell Terry.
Earl was born in El Campo to parents Oscar and Bertha (Amthor)
Preibisch. She was raised in Sealy and attended Sealy schools. In 1929 the
former Miss Earl Preibisch was joined in marriage to Delos Carlin with a
ceremony held at the First United Methodist Church in Sealy. Earl was a
lifelong homemaker and enjoyed growing flowers.
Earl Dee Carlin died Sunday, May 4, 2003 in Beaumont, Texas.
She is survived by son Jack Carlin and wife Ann of Beaumont, Texas,
three grandchildren; two great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Delos Carlin, parents Oscar and
Bertha
Preibisch and a number of brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels,
Sealy, Texas.
