A funeral service for Anna Noble Knebel, 85, of Hempstead, was held on
Thursday, April 10 at 10 am. at the Canon Funeral Home in Waller, with
Rev.
Andy Qualls officiating. Interment was in Waller Cemetery.
Born in Alief to William and Lillian Schneider, she was raised and
attended school in Addicks. She married Willie Stephen Noble in 1936, and they
moved to Waller in 1941. After his death in 1967, her second marriage was to
Willie Knebel, who is also deceased. A son, Willie Stephen Noble, Jr.
also preceded her in death.
She is survived by four daughters, Deanna Creekmore of Sealy, Gloria Brast
of Houston, Judy Manning of Belville and Margaret Mayer of Waller, 13
grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 sisers and 1 brother.
