Funeral services for Gardner
"Mac" Krumrey, 86, of Bellville, Texas were
held Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003 at 2 p.m. from Bellville United
Methodist
Church in Bellville with Rev. Wayne Middleton and Rev. Guy Williams
co-officiating. Interment was at Oak Knoll Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wiley Barton, Steve Lackey, Rief Riefkohl, Roy
Golan, Wes Payton, and Bruce Ueckert. Honorary pallbearers were the
Methodist Mens Club.
Born in Bellville, Texas, Gardner was the son of Emil and Minna
(Schroeder) Krumrey. He was raised in Bellville and attended
Bellville Public Schools.
Gardner "Mac" Krumrey married the former Miss Ruth Kenderick March
27, 1938
in Buckhorn, Texas. He worked as a production foreman for Dow
Chemical and
was a member of Bellville United Methodist Church in Bellville, and
was a
member of Methodist Mens. Gardner enjoyed playing dominoes.
Gardner "Mac" Krumrey died Dec. 15, 2003.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Krumrey of Bellville; sons Gardner
'Doyle'
Krumrey and wife Linda of San Marcos, Ronald Edward Krumrey and wife
Jeanne of Bellville, Alan Randall Krumrey and wife Diana of Katy;
sisters Ora Nell Woodrick and husband Victor, Mozelle Ruggles and
husband Charles; grandchildren Lane, Shawn, Randy, Erin, Roger,
Shannon and Sarah and fourteen great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Emil and Minna Krumrey, brothers Walter and
Edward Krumrey and sister Hildegard Krumrey.
