Funeral services for Bobbie G. Kruse of Port Lavaca, were held at 4 p.m.
Monday, May 5 at Salem Lutheran Church with Rev. Jenny Stephenson
officiating.
Burial was with full military honors under the auspices of
Victoria Veterans Council, VFW, CWV, DAV, Vietnam Veterans of America,
American Legion, Marine Corps League, the Military Order of the Purple
Heart, Crossroads Ex-POWs and the Military Order of the World Wars was at
Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 7, 1936 in Shiner to the late Alex and Gertrude Huber
Kruse. He was a technical maintenance supervisor at Alcoa and a member of
Salem Lutheran Church.
Bobbie G. Kruse died Friday, May 2, 2003 at the age of 66 years, 6 months
and 26 days.
Survivors include his wife Frances Marie Kruse, son David Mitchell Kruse
of
Port Lavaca, two sisters Bernice Tasler of Port Lavaca and Violia "Trudy"
Hajek of Hallettsville, brother Roger L. Kruse of Bellville and one
grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his mother, March 15, 1971, his father Feb.
20,
1958 and brothers Franklin Kruse May 13, 1935, Earnest Kruse May 27, 1992
and Raymond Kruse.
Services were under the direction of Richardson Colonial Funeral Home,
Port
Lavaca.
