Funeral services for Mary Lezak, 92, of Sealy, Texas were held Monday,
June 23, 2003 at 10 a.m. from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frydek, Texas with
Rev. Alois "Louie" Pavlicek celebrating the funeral mass and rite of
committal. Interment was at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Frydek, Texas.
Pallbearers for the service were Chris Haczynski, Russell Ondruch, Darrin
Ondruch, Keith Blahuta, Jeffrey Power, Eric Zapalac.
Honorary pallbearers named were John Hayden, Steve Hayden, Steven Blahuta, Michael Power, Mark Saye and Adam Zapalac.
Mary Lezak was born to parents Frank and Alojsie (Buchala) Lezak in
Frydek and was raised in Frydek. She attended St. Mary's Catholic School in
Frydek.
She was a member of K.J.Z.T. and the Altar Society at St. Mary's Catholic
Church in Frydek.
Mary Lezak passed away June 20, 2003 in Sealy, Texas.
She is survived by her sister Louise Polasek of Sealy and ten nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Alojsie Lezak, sisters
Stephanie Zapalac and Annie Pavlicek and brothers August and Pete Lezak.
Funeral services were under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral
Chapels, Sealy, Texas.
