Funeral services for David Hinze Sr., 63, of Sealy are scheduled for
2 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, at the Garmany &. Carden Chapel in
Needville.
The Rev. Steven Garney will officiate and burial will follow in the
Needville Public Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Petzolt,
Charles Hodge, Clifford Miller, Joe Curlee, Terry Hinze, Steve
LeBouef, Troy
Miller, and Robert Curlee.
Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at the funeral home.
Mr. Hinze died Jan. 11, 2004, at Hermann Hospital in Houston.
He was born April 15, 1940, in Old Washington to parents Herbert and
Lydia
Petzolt Hinze.
His parents preceded him in death as well as a brother Arnold Ray
Boenker
and a granddaughter, Alicea Hanzik.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Hinze of Needville, son David
Hinze, Jr.
and wife Cindy, of Needville; daughter Peggy Fitch and husband,
Adam, of
Houma, La.; daughter Judy Hanzik of Needville; grandchildren Joshua
Hinze,
A.B., David Lee "Buddy" Hinze, Janea Hanzik, and Steven Hanzik, all
of
Needville; brothers Herbert "Doc" Hinze and wife, Alice, of
Sheridan,
Charles "Shorty" Hinze and wife Rita, of Lafayette, La., Wilbert Lee
Hinze
and wife, Martha, of Harlingen; sisters Juanita Hodge of Crowley,
La., Peggy
Correll and husband, Wayne of Cypress and numerous nieces and
nephews.
