Pat Hoyt was born on Aug. 25, 1927 in Marshall, Okla. to John Gladstone
Roberts and Nellie Opal Osborn Roberts.
On June 2, 1948, she married Robert Eugene Hoyt in Katy. She lived in the
Katy area for most of her life.
She recently resided in Marquez and was currently living in Cat Spring. She
was a contributor to several organizations and charities.
Pat Hoyt passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, at her home in Cat Spring.
She is survived by her husband, Bob Hoyt of Cat Spring; son, Philip Owen
Hoyt and wife Gayle of Sand Springs, Okla.; grandson, Erik Owen Hoyt and
wife Lea Ann of Sand Springs, Okla.; great granddaughter, Roxy Nicole Hoyt;
brothers, Bobby Roberts of Katy and Bill Roberts of Katy; and a host of
nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Katy Magnolia Cemetery,
in Katy, with Rev. Don Hoyt officiating.
