Funeral services for Kim Mary Jalowy, 50, of Dayton, were held Thursday,
Dec. 30, 2004 at 10 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Funeral Mass and Rite of
Committal.
Born in Beaumont, Kim was the daughter of Donald and Toni Mertes Arens. She
was raised in Katy. Kim was a 1972 graduate of Katy High School and also
graduated from Lee Junior College in Baytown. She was a preschool teacher
and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Dayton. Kim Mary Jalowy
married Steve Jalowy on June 13, 1981 with ceremony held in Sealy.
Kim Mary Jalowy died Monday, Dec. 27, 2004 in Dayton.
She is survived by husband Steve Jalowy of Dayton; mother, Toni Arens of
Dayton; daughter, Keely Jalowy of San Marcos; son, Bo Jack Jalowy and wife
Karen of Kerrville; sister, Danell Writer of Conroe; brother, Gregg Arens
and wife Ranelle of Monaville; and her grandchildren Briley, Payton, Keirson
and Canon Jalowy.
She is preceded in death by her dad, Donald Arens.
