Funeral services for Willie Mae Jurica, 82, of
Sealy were held Thursday,
March 11, 2004, at 10 a.m. from Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy
with
the Rev. Bernard Snock officiating. Interment was at Immaculate
Conception
Cemetery in Sealy. Pallbearers serving were Butch Stolarsky, John D.
Sliva,
Terry Jurica, Jr., Jerry Stolarsky, Tobey Baggerly and Bill Steem.
Honorary
pallbearers were Darrell Drymalla, Brandon Jurica, Ronnie Drymalla,
George
Goff, William Goff and Lawrence Sliva.
Born in Frydek, Tex., Willie Mae was the daughter of Willie Anton
and
Frances Sliva Drymalla. She was raised in Orchard and attended
Orchard
schools. The former Willie Mae Drymalla married Eddie J. Jurica on
June 28,
1942, with the ceremony being held in Bellville. Willie Mae was a
lifelong
homemaker of Catholic faith, loved to play bingo and attend club
dances at
surrounding towns.
Willie Mae Jurica died March 8, 2004.
She is survived by her husband Eddie J. Jurica of Sealy; daughters
Jorene
Smith and husband Gary of Wallis, Darleen Oliver of Sealy; son Terry
Jurica
and wife Valerie of Cypress; sisters Annie Stolarsky and husband
Albert of
Richmond, and Margie Goff of Rosenberg; grandchildren Stacy Baggerly,
Terry Jurica, Jr., Brandon Jurica and Sarah Oliver; and great
grandchildren
Krystal Tyler, Brianna Smith and Jackie Marling.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Anton and Frances
Drymalla;
and brothers Victor and Willie Paul Drymalla.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice
Brazos
Valley, 705 South Austin, Brenham, Tex. 77833.
