Funeral services for Giovanni Mendoza, 9, of SEaly were held Saturday, Nov.
20, 2004 at 10 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy with
the Rev. Octavio Muguerza celebrating the funeral mass and rite of
committal. Interment was at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Sealy.
Serving as pallbeares were Amado Herrera, Carlos Mendoza, Alfredo Herrera,
Rafael Rodrigez, Isidro Rodrigez and Enriqua Mendoza.
Born in Mexico, Giovanni was the son of Augustin and Marisol Rodrigez
Mendoza. He was a third grade student at Sealy Elementary School in Sealy.
Giovanni was of Catholic faith.
Giovanni Mendoza died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004 in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by his parents, Agustin and Marisol Mendoza; sister, Karla
Mendoza; and grandparents, Magddena Rodrigez and Isidro Serna, all of Sealy.
As well as his grandparents, Ramon Mendoza and Teresa Juarez of Mexico.
Funeral services under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels,
Sealy.
