Funeral services for Mary Ann Muegge, 71, of Sealy, were held Tuesday,
September 14, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. from Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy
with Rev. Dale Leland officiating. Interment was at St. John Lutheran
Cemetery in Cat Spring. Serving as pallbearers were Marvin Machu, Jeffrey,
Muegge, Skip Muegge, Douglas Walters, Rudy Garcia and Larry Jureski.
Born in San Gabriel, Mary Ann was the daughter of Lonzo Edwards and Hattie
Cast Edwards. She was raised in San Gabriel, graduated from Thorndale High
School, and attended two years of nursing school.
On October 17, 1953, Mary Ann and Mr. Leroy Muegge were married with
ceremony held in Trall. Mary Ann worked was an L.V.N. and she was of
Lutheran Faith. 
Mary Ann Muegge died Saturday, September 11, 2004, in Garland.
She is survived by her son, Butch Muegge and Vicky Klekar of Katy; sister,
Frances Walter and husband Lester of Pflugerville; grandchildren, Tracy
Glaeser Olenick, Lance Glaeser, Crystal Muegge and fiance Jeffrey Favati;
great grandchildren, Briar and Peyton Olenick, and Owen Hogan. She was also
loved by David and Christy Schmidkunz, Rick and Cassandra Prine, and Charles
Klekar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonzo and Hattie Edwards; and her
husband Leroy Muegge.
Funeral services under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels,
Sealy.
