Jerry L. Rinn, age 61 years, of the Industry area, passed away
Tuesday
morning March 16, 2004 following an extended illness.
Friends were able to call at the Zaskoda Chapel in Industry after 2
p.m. on
Wednesday. The family received visitors at the chapel Wednesday from
6 p.m.
until 8 p.m.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday from Salem Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Welcome with Pastor Bill Derrick officiating.
Burial
followed in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers in attendance were Gary Noerenbert, John Rinn, Bobby
Remmert,
Ronnie Rinn, Brad Jozwiak, Harold Rinn, Keith Jozwiak.
Jerry Rinn was born on October 28, 1942 in Austin County to
Eddie John and
Esther Emma Glaeser Rinn. He married Patricia Jozwiak on
January 16, 1971
at Welcome. He was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in
Welcome,
the Industry Volunteer Fire Department and the Sons of Hermann
Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Rinn; son Dale Rinn and wife Jo
Anna;
daughter Cheryl Rinn; grandchildren Carley Marie Rinn and Wayne
Matthew Rinn; stepson Patrick Rinn of Ozark, Ala; brother Larry Rinn and
wife Sally;
brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Alton Haar and wife Barbara of
Brenham,
Charles Nance and wife Jo of Huntsville, Anthony Jozwiak of
Navasota,
Stanley Jozwiak of Industry, Mike Mendoza and wife Frances of
Somerville,
and Charles Jozwiak and wife Mary of Brenham; many nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Esther Rinn; his
parents-in-law Frank and Myrtle Jozwiak; and his son Robert
"Bobby" Paul
Rinn.
