**FAY FRICKE REICHARDT**
Bellville Times Funeral services for Fay Reichardt, 72, of Sealy, Texas were held Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 2:00 pm from St. John Lutheran Church in Cat Spring, Texas with Rev. Kevin Haug officiating. Interment was at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Cat Spring. Pallbearers serving were Russell and Ryan Reichardt, Brett and Tyler Reichardt, John Burtschell, and Larry Volkening. Born in Cat Spring, Texas, Fay was the daughter of Hilmer and Evelyn (Strauss) Fricke. Fay Fricke married Otto Reichardt, Jr., December 19, 1953 with ceremony held in Cat Spring, Texas. She went to work in Houston, and then for the State Welfare Office in Bellville. After Fay and Otto were married, Otto served his country in the U.S. Army in El Paso where she joined him and worked for the college then known as Texas Western. They returned to Cat Spring where she worked as a leave replacement and officer in charge of the Cat Spring Post Office. Fay also worked for the Strauss General Store and was a lifelong homemaker. Fay was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Cat Spring, the WELCA Association of the Lutheran Church, a member of the Fire Department Auxiliary and she loved to play dominoes. Fay Reichardt died Tuesday, July 18, 2006 in Bellville, Texas. She is survived by her husband Otto Reichardt, Jr. of Cat Spring, daughter Nancy Hartmann and husband Daryl of Rosenburg, sons Randy Reichardt and wife Debbie of Cat Spring, Stephen Reichardt and wife Connie, of Sealy, Brian Reichardt and wife Emma of Sealy, Grandchildren Becky Forrester and husband Craig, Russell Reichardt and wife Courtney, Ryan Reichardt and wife Carla, Salina Hartmann and fiance John Locke, Tami Hartmann, Brett and Tyler Reichardt, Marcus and Nicholas Reichardt, great-grandchildren Jenna and William Forrester, Rhys and Remmington Reichardt, Rylan Reichardt and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Alice Burttschell.
