Bellville Times

Wilburn E. Schanick, born May 2, 1911 in Bellville, TX, passed away November
26, 2006 in Bellville, TX at the age of 95. Mr. Schanick proudly served his
country during WWII in the European Theatre, in the US Army Air Corp. He
retired from Englanders Manufacturing after many years of service.
He is survived by his sisters Bessie Northcutt, Mollie Nentwig and husband
James, nephew Ken Northcutt and wife Shirley, nieces Leanne Zamora and
husband Pete, Penny McDonald and Keith Thomas, great nephew Bryan Northcutt,
great nieces Courtney Byrd and Jessica Northcutt.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Pat H.
Foley Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on
Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Bellville, Texas.
