Baranowski
Irene Gladys Taylor Baranowski was born Oct. 10, 1917, in Bellville, the
daughter of Arthur Mason and Olga Janosky Taylor.
She grew up and attended school in Bellville.
On April 14, 1937, Irene was united in marriage with Theodore Paul
Baranowski. They made their home in Bellville.
During her working years, Irene was employed as a nurse's aide at the
Brenham State School. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, needlework and fishing
and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bellville.
Irene passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at the age of 89.
She is survived by her son Melvin Baranowski and his wife Ruth of Bellville;
granddaughter Anna Giesberts and her husband Rene' of Woodbridge, Va.; great
grandson Toine Giesberts of Woodbridge, Va. and many other dear friends and
relatives.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents and both her husband, Theordore,
and her son, David, in 2006.
Funeral service was 3 p.m., Friday, Aug. 3, 2007 at Schmidt Funeral Home
Chapel with the Rev. Steve Olsen officiating. Interment was in Oak Knoll
Cemetery. Pallbearers were Raymond Janosky, Dennis Janosky, Charlie Fitt and
Bruce Mikeska.
In lieu of usual remembrances, friends who wish may make memorial gifts to

Texas 77098.
Schmidt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
