Bellville Times

Funeral services for Jacquelyn (Jackie) Stamnitz, 68, of Bellville, were
held Friday, June 29, 2007 at 3 p.m. from Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in
Bellville with Fr. Tim Bucek officiating. Interment was in Oak Knoll
Cemetery in Bellville. Pallbearers were Gene "Bookie" Reichle, Ben Carssow,
Buck Roades, Sammy Pfeffer, Damon Hagen and Gary Warneke.
Born in Bellville, Jacquelyn was the daughter of Arnold and Angela (Zajicek)
Reichle. 
She was raised in Bellville and attended Bellville schools, Sam Houston
State University and graduated from Texas A&I, in Kingsville.
Jackie was joined in marriage to Terrell Stamnitz in  Bellville on March 8,
1974. Jackie volunteered as a reader for her grandson's classes, provided
cookies and was affectionately known as 'Grandma.' Jackie retired form the
Brenham State School. Jackie Stamnitz died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, in
Bellville.
She is survived by her husband, Terrell, of Bellville; daughter, Vicki
Strieder of Bellville; grandsons, Wyatt and Blake Strieder of Bellville.
Preceded in death by her parents Arnold and Angela Reichle and sister,
Katherine Reichle.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box
501, Bellville, or to any church.
Services were under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels,
Bellville.
