Dorothy Krajcik Ward, 63, of Industry, passed peacefully into the arms of
the Lord she so dearly loved on Dec. 9, 2007.
She was born Nov. 15, 1944 to Arnold and Ruth Krajcik of Genoa, Texas where
she grew up with her brothers and sister.
Dorothy most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, teaching them to
cook, playing cards and domino games, and just having fun. She was a
talented cake decorator, and loved to create unusual birthday cakes for her
grandchildren, friends, and special events at the West End Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gerry, children Leigh Garcia, Tana
(Rob) Davis, Derik (Lisa) Ward, Brian (Tammy) Ward, her grandchildren.
Heather, Preston, Katy, Lindy, Shelby, Donnie, Brianna, Victoria and Sydney.
She is also survived by her mother Ruth, brothers Sonny and Willie, and
sister Margie Damron.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Krajcik.
Funeral services was 2  p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 at the Knesek Bros.
Funeral Chapel, 642 E. Main, Bellville, Texas, with her pastor, the Rev.
Dennis Keen officiating. Burial followed in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in
Industry. Visitation was be 7-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2007 at Knesek Bros.
Funeral Chapel.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, 302 Blue Bell Rd.,
Brenham, Texas 77833.
Services under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapel in Bellville.
