Funeral services for Lola Bell Pechanec, 75, of Sealy were held Monday, Dec. 8, 1997 at 2 p.m.
from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sealy with the Rev. Dale Leland officiating. Interment was in the Sealy Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the service were Jack Bolton, Michael Janecek, Alfonse Mlcak, Andrew Sowa,
Steven Zapalac and Johnny Polasek and serving as alternate was Ronnie Hunter.
The former Miss Lola Bell Braesicke was born on Sept. 12, 1922 in San Felipe to parents, Edwin
and Erma Wittenburg Braesicke.
She was raised in San Felipe and attended Peters-Hacienda Schools.
She married William J. Pechanec on April 12, 1947 in Sealy.
Mrs. Pechanec was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sealy.
She died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997 in Katy.
Survivors include her daughter Dianne Wanda Bills of Sealy, sister, Estelle Ball of Sealy, grandchildren, Keith Wayne Bills, David Ryan Bills, Angeline Marie Bills and Brandon Daniel Bills.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Erma Braesicke and husband, William J. Pechanec.
Funeral services were held under the direction of the Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy.
