Camp Creek
A plaque reads: "William M. James donated this one-acre tract for the James Cemetery formally known as "Possum Trot." This plaque is dedicated in honor of William M. & Nancy Watson James & Maggie Mae Hobbs (Mrs. William R.) McDonald who cared for the cemetery many years and left an endowment for its future care by the James Cemetery Association." Erected 1988
The James Cemetery is located near Camp
Creek, just to the side of a county road that dead-ends into Hwy. 1940.
