NOTE: I only do transcribing and helping people with genealogical research. I have nothing to do with the cemetery, so if you are looking for information on purchasing plots or rules and regulations of the cemetery, contact the caretaker or a local funeral home.
Koch-Adlof Cemetery
Koch (pronounced "cook") & Adlof family members are buried on farmland that is thick with underbrush, but right next to an easily accessible road. This cemetery is outside New Baden (down the dirt road past the New Baden Cemetery, in the corner where the road makes a sharp left) on land that is across the road from property formerly owned by Fred & Elsie Hanhart.
Although it is not marked, the
Koch-Adlof Cemetery is
located down the road that goes past the New Baden Cemetery.
Going east, the road makes a sharp right
turn, then a
sharp left turn. The Koch-Adlof Cemetery is under a tree adjacent
to
the road on the left, just as the road makes the sharp left
turn. It's directly across the road from the old Elsie Hanhart
home.
