Moore Inn, built in the early 1800s, was operated as a stage coach inn and family home by the Benjamin F. Moore Sr. family. Near the inn was the family cemetery. This cemetery is located about 7 miles south of Franklin on FM 46 beyond the turnoff for the Henry Prairie Cemetery. It is on the left, next to the highway, just beyond the oil road, across FM 46 from the BarBK Ranch, and just before the bridge. Located on the old Leon Sandifer place, the cemetery is between the barn and the fence on FM 46 in a stand of cedar trees.
Heading towards Wheelock from Franklin on Hwy. 46, the Moore Cemetery is to the left, past the Henry Prairie and Cazey Cemetery cutoffs and just before the bridge that crosses Moore's Branch.
