Having served on the founding Board of Directors for the
Montgomery County Genealogical Society, she helped to compile

Master Gardener and helped to establish the Friendship Garden in
Conroe. For many years, she was also a member of the Houston
Outdoor Nature Club and was actively involved in the formation
of the Big Thicket Preserve in East Texas, a signature project
of First Lady, Mrs. Lady Bird Johnson. |

your choice. |

We
would like to thank our friends at the First United Methodist
Church in Conroe, especially Janet Stillwell, Janet and Sam
Cable, and David and Diane Henderson, for their care and support
over the past year. Our family is also greatly appreciative to
her caregivers, Jacqueline, Tellia, and Jackie, for their loving
care and attention to "Grandma Lois" during the last months of
her life. |
