Samuel Chapel Cemetery
AKA Buckhorn (black).
Location: From Bellville take on Hwy 159 to FM 1456. Turn right and go to
Korthauer road. You will find Samuel Chapel Church about .4 mile down the road.
Turn right on dirt path beside church. Cemetery is in fenced area behind church.
(Samuel Chapel Cemetery has the recent acquisition of a Texas historical
cemetery designation.)
Confusion exists between Buckhorn, Buckhorn (Black), Samuel, and Samuel Chapel, we are working to resolve the correct location for the people. Additionally, Find-a-Grave may not be correct.
